Retail orders
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00 USD, regardless of weight, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $75.00 USD, there is a flat rate of $6.99 USD.
Alaska and Hawaii
We're happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii and will quote the shipment for you. Please email us at hello@rekurator.com before ordering.
Processing and delivery
Orders ship from our Chino Hills, California warehouse within 3–5 business days. We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes within the continental U.S.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders ship under separate terms from retail.
Freight
Freight is free on all wholesale orders to the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and international wholesale shipments are quoted individually — email hello@rekurator.com before placing your order.
Processing
Wholesale orders ship within three business days of order confirmation. For accounts on Net 30 terms, orders ship on confirmation rather than on payment.
Ordering
Products ship in full cases of 12 or 24 units. Opening orders are $200 minimum; reorders are $150 minimum. Full terms are on our Wholesale page.
Damages and shortages
Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage or shortage to hello@rekurator.com within five business days, with photos. We'll replace affected units or issue a credit on your next order.
